
Marin Covington is a multi-talented performer who is making a name for herself in both dance and musical theatre. She was adopted from Novgorod Oblast, Russia and brought to Indian Rocks Beach, Florida where she started her training. She currently resides in New York City.
Marin started her dance career at the age of 7 at a premier ranked studio in Largo, Florida.
There she fell in love with the world of ballet and competition dance. Through training with a wide variety of teachers and choreographers in her worldwide travels, she has mastered different styles of dance and the ability to quickly learn new choreography. With the guidance of her incredible teachers and coaches Marin has won numerous awards, first overall rankings and special recognitions. She has worked with choreographers such as Alex Anthony, Zack Everhart, Heather Southwell, and many more. It is important to note that her success is also a testament to her hard work and dedication.
Marin attends Northeastern University NYC (formerly Marymount Manhattan College) in their BFA Acting program, with a minor in dance. While she has had lots of studio training in acting, she is a choreographer by trade. Choreographing shows such as Alice in Wonderland (Central Park Performing Arts), Magical Cabaret (Central Park Performing Arts), teaching masterclasses and competition choreography. She has also performed in numerous cabarets around the city. Despite her growth, she remains humble and always strives to improve her skills.
